  • Ensure seamless delivery of files and resolve any access issues efficiently.
  • Design or coordinate product visuals using Canva or Adobe tools to make them visually appealing.
  • Monitor shop analytics to track performance and adjust listings accordingly to boost traffic and conversion.
  • Stay informed about Etsy's algorithm updates, SEO trends, and marketplace policies to adapt your strategies effectively.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, bundles, and product launches to capitalize on market opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience managing an Etsy shop with digital products.
  • Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO principles, keyword tools (e.g., eRank, Marmalead), and listing optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital file formats (PDF, PNG, ZIP, etc.) and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
