Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead faculty programs related to Information Systems.
  • Support the Information Systems Academics team with operational tasks, including assigning academic loads, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, overseeing performance management, developing and implementing policies, processes, and systems, and handling administrative tasks related to faculty concerns and requests.
  • Monitor online classes and provide instructors with constructive feedback.
  • Work with the program head to conduct regular reviews, revisions, and development of the curriculum.

What we are looking for:

  • A relevant Bachelor's or Post-graduate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
  • Candidates must have completed their post-graduate degree or should be currently undergoing their post-graduate degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in areas such as systems analysis, data science, organizational processes, quality assurance, and project management is essential.
  • Experience or background in academia is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for technology concepts and emerging trends is required.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and business communication skills are needed.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
  • Adaptability to new tools and processes is an asset.
  • A proactive, self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
