This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex IT projects, ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and lead a team of IT professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of LIS implementation and maintenance to support diagnostic operations
  • Management of IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope
  • Development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, compliance, and efficient operations
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs and challenges

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing LIS in a healthcare or diagnostics setting
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project implementation
