Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced IC Layout Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multidimensional design, circuit analysis, and physical verification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design complex integrated circuits involving the layout of multiple layers and components.
  • Analyze equipment operation data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results to inform design decisions.
  • Create high-quality analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital layouts for various applications.
Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute floor plans, routing, and physical verification of custom IPs (analog, mixed-signal, and digital).
  • Collaborate with circuit designers to understand key layout constraints and optimize designs for performance and efficiency.
  • Work effectively with EDA CAD group to identify and resolve design issues.
  • Hold regular layout quality reviews to ensure consistency and excellence in completed cells, macros, and chip-level layouts.
  • Apply knowledge of device matching, noise, shielding, and latch-up principles in analog, mixed-signal, and digital circuits to create robust and reliable designs.
