We are seeking a Process Improvement Executive to join our team at WNS Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to drive performance improvements in a fast-paced environment. As a Process Improvement Executive, you will be responsible for managing teams, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and analyzing data to drive corrective actions.
Responsibilities- Lead business reviews with clients, presenting key performance insights and improvement strategies.
- Manage teams using Departmental Procedures (DP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and process flows.
- Conduct RCA for recurring issues and implement effective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proficiency in multiple GDS platforms.
- Preferred certification in IATA/UFTAA Level – 1.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of IATA rules and regulations.
