Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to prepare financial statements for our clients. This includes ensuring accuracy and timeliness, as well as performing key month-end tasks such as data entry/import, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.

Maintaining fixed asset schedules and assisting in tax return preparation during peak seasons are essential responsibilities. You will also be tasked with reconciling books across entities with precision and efficiency, managing accounts payable processing through RAMP software integrated with NetSuite, and supporting client-facing teams with close activities in QuickBooks Online.

We require a candidate with 3-5+ years of accounting experience, a strong foundation in cash and tax basis principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, macros, VLOOKUPs). Certification in QuickBooks Online (QBO preferred) and experience with Accounting CS is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and meeting deadlines independently are essential. Professional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff and clients are crucial. Maintaining confidentiality and thriving in a collaborative setting are also required.
