We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Content Associate to join our creative team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for crafting high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions and scale campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing, with a proven track record of producing user-generated content (UGC)-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies. Strong project management skills, a keen eye for performance metrics, and the ability to collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams are also essential.

  • Partner with design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.
  • SOURCE, BRIEF, AND MANAGE UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • A proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • A strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
