About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business expansion and sales growth in our designated territory.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and pursuing business opportunities, implementing effective sales strategies, and building long-term value-based relationships with customers.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer account, its structure, organizational dynamics, influential partners, and priorities.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities within the area of responsibility and collaborate across teams to ensure attainment.
  • Presentation and selling of products to key decision-makers and partners by analyzing customer needs and proposing solutions.

You will work closely with our cross-functional groups to build exceptional customer experiences and ensure timely implementation and execution of all business activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technologist or related fields is an added advantage.
  • 3+ years of sales-related experience, preferably in IVD, medical devices, or related fields.
  • Relevant and proven complex sales experience is preferred.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of Roche Diagnostics' sales team and may involve reassignment to different projects or territories.
