Full-Time Digital Marketing Specialist Position

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance across paid campaigns, SEO, and data tracking.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Business Manager), expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager (custom containers, ecommerce tracking), and strong command of Google Analytics 4.

They'll build and maintain cross-platform dashboards using Looker Studio, perform SEO audits and keyword tracking using SEMrush or similar tools, monitor organic visibility, and propose content/technical improvements.

The successful candidate will be able to synthesize data into clear reports and recommendations, work collaboratively with developers and designers, and communicate effectively in English.

This is a long-term role offering competitive compensation based on experience, 100% remote work, and the opportunity to propose strategies and implement them.

Responsibilities
  • Paid Campaigns: Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain proper event tracking with GTM and GA4, including full ecommerce setups.
  • Dashboards: Build and maintain cross-platform Looker Studio dashboards.
  • SEO: Perform SEO audits and keyword tracking using SEMrush or similar tools.
  • Organic Visibility: Monitor organic visibility and propose content/technical improvements.
Requirements
  • Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Business Manager).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager (custom containers, ecommerce tracking).
  • Strong command of Google Analytics 4.
  • Proficient with Looker Studio.
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush (or similar tools: Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Able to synthesize data into clear reports and recommendations.
  • Fluent in English; autonomous and reliable.
