This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join Advanced Energy's IT team. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain advanced backup and recovery solutions to ensure business continuity and data protection.

Main Tasks:

  • Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and manage backup servers, storage devices, and network infrastructure.
  • Provide expert-level support for backup and storage technologies, including Veeam, Commvault, and others.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to backup and storage systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of backup and storage configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in handling technical storage and/or backup.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, including proven ability to lead critical IT compliance-related programs.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Cloud (Google & Azure), VMWare, and Database.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
