E-commerce Customer Service Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional support for our e-commerce customer service operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and shipping issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with updates on order status and shipment tracking information.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
