Sales Content Specialist

In this role, you will develop and manage content that supports sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create compelling materials that drive engagement and accelerate sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and edit sales content such as proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with sales teams.
  • Design visually appealing content to support sales initiatives, ensuring a high standard of graphic quality.
  • Develop customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and sales funnels.
  • Ensure all sales materials are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into compelling narratives.
  • Analyze the performance of sales content through feedback and data insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and sales content.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong ability to craft persuasive, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
