">Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 2 high-quality newsletters monthly, focusing on client and lead engagement.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages to drive results.
  • Report on performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.

Additional responsibilities include creating and publishing social posts, collaborating with the video editor, writing and formatting blog articles, producing case studies, and maintaining the brand asset library.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics.
  • Strong design expertise in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
  • Confident content creation skills, including blogs, case studies, and social posts.
  • Lead operations knowledge, including research, scoring, and preparation for sales.
  • Reporting mindset, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Work Arrangement and Expectations

This is a remote role set up as an independent contractor engagement. Successful candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile.
