Job Title: Financial Crime Director

This role involves leading a team responsible for managing and mitigating financial crime risks within an organization.

  • A seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial crime compliance, consulting, or regulatory roles is required.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development and client relationship management, with excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

To excel in this position, the individual must have at least 15 years of experience in financial crime compliance, consulting, or regulatory roles, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of financial crime engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Implement standardized methodologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, independence requirements, and regulatory expectations.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in financial crime compliance, consulting, or regulatory roles.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Amenability to work full-time from Mondays – Fridays.
