Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex payroll problems using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in APAC Payroll.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • A good understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
