We are looking for an exceptional individual who can assist in developing effective sales strategies to promote retail banking services. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work well in a sales and banking environment, adapt to new situations, and apply their knowledge as tools in their leadership role.
- Assist the team leader in achieving sales targets by implementing effective call plans and ensuring accurate recording of action plans and other essential information.
- Develop and execute monthly and daily sales activity plans to enhance the marketing of financial products.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
- An excellent understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as knowledge of risk management controls.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate credit applications and make informed decisions.
- A working knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
