About the Role

Resource X Global is looking for a highly skilled Architectural Drafter to support our team's efforts in delivering exceptional architectural services. This role requires expertise in architectural drafting, Australian construction standards, and experience with AutoCAD software.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans in compliance with Australian standards.
  2. Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure accurate designs and documentation.
  3. Assist in creating shop drawings and understanding construction details.
  4. Maintain quality and meet deadlines for various projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an architectural firm with Australian background.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD with knowledge of Revit.
  • Willingsness to work onsite in Ortigas, Mandaluyong.
