Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced architectural professional with a strong background in commercial project development.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive design solutions for assigned projects, working closely with our senior architects and principal designers.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and managing design documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • In addition, you will provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to grow and develop their skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture (preferably licensed) and 5+ years of post-graduate, full-time professional experience.
  • Proven expertise in Revit BIM 360 Modeler - Collaborating and a strong portfolio of commercial project experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with US projects/US standards and English system is highly desirable.
