The Role

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to help us achieve our goals. As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a vital role in assisting clients with our API, webhooks, and custom integrations. You'll use your technical expertise to resolve client-reported bugs and ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, you'll contribute to team efforts, developing documentation and taking on projects that align with our objectives.
