The Role:

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact between High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).
  • Risk Management: Accountable for managing customer base's risk appetite and investment profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with relevant parties across Retail Banking, Institutional Banking, Market Sales Group, and Consumer Lending Group for referrals and pre-requisites.
  • Work with the Private Wealth Support team for client onboarding requirements.
  • Construct, validate, and update account profiles to determine clients' banking and investment needs and risk appetite.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and assessments.
  • Identify potential markets, client referral resources, and opportunities for new business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Business or Finance or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in banking or financial services industry.
