Job Description
The Finance Analyst role involves taking an active part in monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting vs actuals analysis, forecasting, and projections. Key responsibilities include revenue & margin analysis, price/volume modeling, operational & financial modeling, and financial reporting to regional leaders and executive management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business/finance/economics, 2-4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, and proficiency in Oracle and Hyperion. Additionally, you should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), strong initiative, dedication, and follow through, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
