We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled drafter to join our team.

Job Summary: As a architectural drafter, you will be responsible for preparing detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation using Revit. The ideal candidate will excel in producing accurate and detailed architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Create precise and detailed architectural drawings and specifications with Revit.
  • Prepare construction detailing and spec sheets with high accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation for efficient access and reference.
  • Conduct quality checks on all drafting work to ensure precision and compliance with design intent.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets is essential.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD is required.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes is necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices is required.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams are necessary.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with project management software for tracking design progress is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices is desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently is essential.
