Job Title: Customer Care Associate

At WHR Global Consulting, we are seeking a
Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and address client inquiries, requests, and complaints over the phone and via email
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze customer responses to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and improve overall service quality
• Create and maintain accurate records of client interactions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
