Job Description

Assess the current IT services, pricing approach and governance structure to help define a new standardized service catalog and transparent pricing model that aligns with business and IT needs.

  • Evaluate existing services, cost structures and governance capabilities.
  • Design a target service catalog leveraging TBM, ITSM, COBIT and OECD frameworks.
  • Develop a sustainable pricing methodology with chargeback and re-invoicing criteria.
  • Prepare a Gap Analysis report and a detailed implementation roadmap to support future adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must have at least 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Financial Management or IT Strategy Consulting roles. Preferably within FinTech or Financial Services.

  • Strong expertise in TBM (Technology Business Management), ITIL/ITSM, COBIT and familiarity with OECD transfer pricing guidelines.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven track record in designing IT cost models, chargeback mechanisms, pricing frameworks and rate cards.
  • Consulting Skills: Demonstrated experience in current state assessments, stakeholder engagement and building target operating models.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze cost structures, service dependencies and governance models to deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent skills in stakeholder management, presentation and documentation for executive audiences.
