Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for a designer who understands the demands of performance advertising and is eager to bring creativity and data-driven insights into their work.

  • Analyze creative proposals and briefs to determine creative requirements.
  • Gather missing information from stakeholders to better define project needs.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and creative briefs.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Design impactful static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with design principles.
  • Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Staying up-to-date with platform trends, design standards, and creative best practices for performance advertising.
  • Delivering projects on time and according to the brief, brand guidelines, and stakeholder expectations.
