Duties:
  • Loan Operations: Coordinate loan operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding their loan applications and provide updates on the status of their applications.
  • Documentation: Obtain correct Evidence of Insurance (EOI), Verification of Employment (VOE), and Homeowners Association (HOA) documents when requested by the Loan Team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a tracker for all files, including outstanding items, to ensure no file slips through the cracks.
