Accounting Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions Management: Oversee and process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision and accuracy. Ensure timely reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Invoice Generation and Accuracy: Prepare and issue invoices to clients with attention to detail and ensure billing accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary billing information.
  • Bank Reconciliation and Collections: Regularly perform bank reconciliations to guarantee the accuracy of financial records. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to facilitate collections.
  • Payroll Administration: Administer the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, validation, and distribution of paychecks. Stay current on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Invoice Submission: Prepare and submit invoices to clients in a timely manner. Coordinate with project managers and team leads to gather relevant invoicing information.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Professional or in a similar role
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus
