Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the development of test prep curriculum and practice materials. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking abilities, exceptional English language skills, and the ability to balance quality and efficiency in producing world-class educational content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for incorporating learning science principles and learning design best practices into test prep content, managing exam taxonomies, and ensuring the alignment of prep materials with actual exams. They will also use AI and other technology to improve efficiency and quality of test prep content development.

Additionally, the candidate will provide clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers, monitor project productivity, and address issues. They will continuously strive to improve productivity and quality, communicating production rates, obstacles, and resource requests to the team lead proactively.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years working in test prep content development, preferably US tests
  • Experience working in complex content management systems
