Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Professional to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in formalizing our QA practice and improving software quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with automated testing frameworks, such as Cypress.io, and be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript. They will also possess deep business domain knowledge of billing and revenue or a strong interest in learning the domain.

This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in distributed teams. The successful candidate will be comfortable executing both manual and automated tests and have a solid understanding of NetSuite and finance-related business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain Software Quality Assurance practices across our SuiteApps.
  • Design, implement, and execute test plans using automated testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate on test case creation, coverage, and execution throughout the sprint lifecycle.
  • Maintain and expand automated regression test suites.

Sprint Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable and responsible for all automated and some manual testing activities during the sprint.
  • Coordinate with QA analysts on test cases to automate in upcoming sprints.
  • Maintain test coverage and automate test cases.
