About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support our growth in Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in shared service for HR programs and Compensation & Benefits management across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR System Management: Support the management and updates of HRIS and related systems, ensuring that employee details especially employee movement and compensation and benefits data are accurate and up-to-date.
- Employee Documentation: Prepare administrative documents such as Letter of Employment, Certificate of Employment, and Confirmation Letters. Ensure that all letters comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administer compensation and benefits programs across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines ensuring alignment with local market standards and company policies. Provide input and support for salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive structures.
- Performance and Payroll Support: Assist with the execution and tracking of performance review cycles to ensure completion on schedule. Support the payroll team in ensuring that salary, bonus, and benefit payouts are processed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Administration, Compensation and Benefits, or a related role within a shared service capacity.
- Systems proficiency: Experience working with HRIS platforms and data management tools (Excel, G-Sheets).
- Documentation expertise: Experience in preparing employee documentation, including letters and contractual agreements.
- Process-oriented: Demonstrated experience in process improvements and policy updates within HR or compensation functions.
- Regulatory knowledge: Good understanding of local labor laws and regulations in the Southeast Asia region.
