We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Freelance Graphic Designer to provide supplementary design support during the lead-up to Black Friday & Cyber Monday (BFCM).

About the Job

We require a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our creative production team in bringing compelling campaigns to life.

Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality digital assets for BFCM campaigns, including ads, email creatives, website banners, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Creative Strategist to ensure assets are on-brand and optimized for performance.
  • Adapt and resize designs for multiple platforms and placements as needed.
  • Deliver creative outputs on schedule while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with e-commerce, DTC, or retail brand experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and campaign-related design work.
  • Ability to work efficiently, manage feedback, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to dedicate ~75 hours over the course of the project, starting soon.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience designing for seasonal promotions (holiday campaigns, etc.).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and ad creative formats.
