Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional seeking a role that leverages your analytical skills? As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital part in evaluating online content in the local language using our proprietary rating systems and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate information presented in the rater's local language based on our provided guidelines and instructions.
  • Access our online proprietary rating system(s), which may vary by specific rating programs.
  • Use your own computer, tablet, and/or smartphone to complete tasks (approximately 5–20 hours per week) remotely.
  • Perform ratings in an analytical manner and demonstrate familiarity with various online research tools.
  • Provide occasional comments when required.
Task Overview
  • All tasks take the form of a web page with information, links, and questions for the specialist to answer.
  • Some tasks require outside research on the web; some do not.
  • Some tasks require the Specialist to work with mobile smartphones (Android or iOS).
  • The Specialist completes the task, submits it to the system, and then receives another task to continue the process.
Guidelines and Training
  • Guidelines and system instructions are provided in English.
  • Training is administered by our supplier.
