Senior Security Specialist Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security analysis and management, with experience working with cloud security solutions, email security, network security devices, vulnerability management, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing client security systems, including endpoint protection, email security, log aggregation, network security systems, identity threat protection, dark web protection, and data loss prevention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and managing security incidents, including incident investigations, malware detections, and zero-day vulnerabilities.

Additionally, they will provide detailed analysis of evolving security threats and communicate effectively with clients.

Working closely with clients to understand their specific security needs and providing recommendations for improving security posture and adhering to compliance standards is also essential.

Assisting clients with the implementation and maintenance of security solutions is another critical aspect of this role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Security, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in security analysis and management in an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Security: Office365, Azure, AWS.
  • Hands-on experience in Email Security Solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Network Security devices and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management.
  • Compliance, Incident Management, and Reporting.
  • Enterprise cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Experience with vendor management and solution alignment.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze security breaches and trace sources of attacks.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or other related certifications are preferred.
