We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented cybersecurity compliance professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.

This individual should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple cybersecurity compliance projects simultaneously.

The primary responsibility of this role involves analyzing and interpreting cybersecurity regulatory requirements to ensure company compliance with relevant standards.

Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity-focused compliance policies and procedures.

This professional will collaborate with external teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Direct communication with clients in the US via text, email, and phone is also required to address cybersecurity compliance concerns and provide support.

This position requires strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cybersecurity compliance projects concurrently.

Leadership experience managing or guiding a small team is essential.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are necessary.

Familiarity with creating and enforcing cybersecurity policies is important.

Experience working in a tech company with a focus on cybersecurity and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.

Must-have Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cybersecurity compliance projects concurrently.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing or guiding a small team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work directly with clients in the US.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity compliance, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF frameworks.
