Drive business growth and success as a Sales Account Manager with KDCI Outsourcing. We are seeking a dynamic professional to target industry-specific accounts, convert leads into sales, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities and exceed their expectations through strategic account management and lead conversion.
  2. Conduct in-depth needs analysis with clients to create customized proposals based on their requirements, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to define the scope of work and ensure successful project implementation, driving business growth through organizational alignment.
  4. Develop and maintain accurate client records, monitor billing and accreditation processes, and ensure clear and effective client communications.
  5. Prepare and generate reports on pipeline updates, sales funnels, and monthly/annual profit and loss metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the outsourcing services industry.
  3. Proven track record of sales achievements in a B2B environment, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
