Marketing Professional Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a social media and marketing specialist in a collaborative environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our social media presence and key marketing functions. The successful candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  • Manage and maintain our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Plan and create high-quality content for our social media channels, leveraging local and licensee content effectively.
  • Maintain daily stories and utilize creative storytelling techniques to leverage local and licensee content.
  • Grow our followers and manage our following strategically.
In-app Communications Strategy
  • Manage all communication channels in the Singapore app, ensuring fresh and current content that meets business objectives.
  • Browse and test marketing-related features in the app regularly to identify opportunities for improvement.
Monthly Marketing Initiatives Plan
  • Plan, create, and distribute EDM newsletters for Singapore platform customers to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Plan, create, and project manage monthly promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
Licensee Marketing Program
  • Monitor social media and the mobile app to ensure other cities are following best practice and branding guidelines, maintaining consistency across markets.
  • Share and/or post selected social media content to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among teams.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience specifically in social media and marketing, with a focus on results-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Friendly positive attitude and team player with a collaborative mindset.
