Join us for the exciting opportunity to support our content and marketing team as a remote assistant.

This role is perfect for individuals with strong attention to detail and organizational skills who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing or content coordination, proficiency in Google Sheets, and excellent written communication skills.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality templates, collaborating with the leads specialist to ensure group accuracy, and coordinating with the leads team to support timely scheduling and execution of campaigns.

Your duties will include ensuring captions, images, and tracking links are properly managed and aligned with updated strategy and branding guidelines, following established processes and quality standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all setups, and implementing changes in strategy quickly and effectively.

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in enabling the scheduling of ads by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can adapt quickly to changes in campaign requirements and has a collaborative attitude and willingness to support team members.

This is an entry-level full-time position that offers the opportunity to work remotely and develop your skills in a dynamic and growing company.
