Data Insights Analyst


About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a Data Insights Analyst to join our team and leverage their analytical expertise to drive business growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.


Responsibilities:
  • Extract and manipulate raw operational data from multiple systems for timely and accurate reporting.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, error rates, volume trends) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create executive-level reporting packages and performance summaries.
  • Align reporting outputs with service level agreements, client expectations, and contractual obligations.
  • Design impactful data visualizations (charts, dashboards, graphs) for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in data collection, reporting automation, and visualization tools.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of recurring reports and standardize reporting templates across departments.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance reporting speed, quality, and usability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a data analysis or reporting analyst role, ideally within healthcare operations or business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Proven experience working with raw, unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare payers, providers, or working in a healthcare BPO setting.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, KPIs, SLAs, or ROI tracking in a services context.
