Video Editor Role

MNY Ventures is a direct-to-consumer brand seeking an elite video editor to scale our success. Our editing teams have generated over 100M views and significant revenue in the last year.

This high-impact, autonomous role involves working directly with founders to lead AI video production quickly and at high quality, consistently creating on-brand and compliant content based on proven formulas.

Key responsibilities include producing approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day, increasing performance by analyzing prior video metrics, applying direct-response copywriting principles, and operating with a high degree of autonomy.

We're looking for an A-player who thrives under pressure, motivated by a high bar, and wants to be tested, rewarded, and given a path to lead their own team. If you're excited about AI tools and social media trends, this is your opportunity.

Our Technology Stack

Requirements
  • Proven experience with direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
  • Proficient in professional video-editing software such as CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
  • An autonomous operator with high agency who thrives without micromanagement.
  • A rapid learner genuinely excited by the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of AI tools and social media trends.
