We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team at Pioneer Insurance. As a mid-senior level professional, you will be responsible for participating in the development of application enhancements by collaborating with other technical resources and understanding conceptual design to apply it to business objectives and requirements.
Your responsibilities will include preparing comprehensive technical requirements documentation for developers, including UI layout, table designs, process flow diagrams, data dictionary, and report layout.
You will perform systems integration testing and data validations on completed enhancements or new modules, and prepare approximate estimates for development efforts associated with application enhancements.
You will contribute to the review of technical design for application enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders as needed to ensure application development meets architecture guidelines and standards.
Serving as a technical resource, you will provide consultation during creation of test cases and answer business and technical inquiries. You will also respond to service desk escalations and develop resolutions to ensure quality level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of application enhancements
- Prepare comprehensive technical requirements documentation for developers

- With 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of basic application development standard procedures, concepts, and principles
- Basic knowledge of design, development, and application of technology for enhancement purposes
- Working knowledge of technical documentation
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and relevant milestones
- Basic SQL
- Analytical thinker
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the application of different SDLC methodologies in system development
- Knowledge in relational databases (RDBMS)
- Knowledge in project management
