
Australian Payroll Expert

Seeking a highly skilled payroll professional to deliver end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand entities. This role is instrumental in delivering positive employee experiences, prompt resolution of customer inquiries, and compliance with government statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Australia and New Zealand.
- Compliance with government regulations and statutes.
- Audit and analysis of payroll records.
- Familiarity with taxation laws, salaries, benefits, and other factors affecting payroll.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information.
- Support and advise on process improvement projects.
- Three years experience in AUS payroll.
- Payroll processing and wage attachment expertise.
- Familiarity with Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems.
- Quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
