We are seeking a Data Science and AI Engineer to accelerate our initiatives in Global Clinical Supply business operations and colleague productivity across the organization.

Job Description

The role combines analytics and development across a diverse set of projects, including data integration, retrospective analysis, intelligent document query systems, automated report generation, cloud integration, engineering support, and productivity enhancement.

  • Design and implement data pipelines using Snowflake to integrate diverse datasets from digital supply chain, financial, logistics, and medical collections.
  • Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns, trends, and insights, informing strategic decisions.
  • Implement natural language processing techniques to design AI agents that facilitate efficient document search and retrieval.
  • Create automated systems for report generation based on predefined criteria and real-time data analysis.
  • Explore opportunities to integrate AWS technologies (S3, Lambda, SageMaker) to enhance data processing, storage, and ML capabilities.
  • Develop workflows to reduce manual tasks and integrate with existing systems to improve operational efficiency.

This is an entry-level position, but we require a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data science, or equivalent. You should have knowledge and experience in GMP/GCP environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience manipulating and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
  • Familiarity with the supply chain and logistics domain.
  • Experience in Python or R and RShiny applications.
  • Experience in Snowflake or similar SQL DB platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM parameter optimization.
  • Creative thinking and ability to participate in exploratory projects with unclear initial definitions.
