At TASQ Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality Assurance to lead our quality initiatives in the Philippines.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive our quality framework development, oversee internal and external audits, and conduct transition health checks. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving org-level quality initiatives, such as quality trainings and performance improvement projects, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and SSAE 18 standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall quality.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 years of work experience, with at least 10 years in a quality assurance role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
  • Six Sigma Blackbelt certification required; Greenbelt certified with Blackbelt training also accepted.
  • Excellent client management and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Competencies/Skills Required
  • Quality methodologies in BPO.
  • Six Sigma Blackbelt trained/certified.
  • Excellent client management and presentation skills.
  • Good communication skills.
