Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving business growth through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned key accounts by providing strategic solutions that drive growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives to ensure alignment with partners' and company goals.
  • Lead business reviews to optimize performance and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute nationwide campaigns to increase visibility and customer engagement.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of experience in business development and account management.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and supporting client acquisition efforts.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with a focus on customer service.
