Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent healthcare informatics product service support, with a strong emphasis on customer communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently, using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare informatics products and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT implementation, networking, infrastructure support, and/or technical support.
  • Windows Server Administration experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle database, VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server application, and network technologies is also highly preferred.
