Remote Australian Payroll Specialist

This is a dynamic and collaborative role that will be part of delivering end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand entities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to promptly, professionally, and courteously resolve questions received through the ticketing tool and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, reconciliation, filing/lodgment, and payment of PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, IRD, Kiwi saver, and all statutory requirements for both Australia and New Zealand
- Comply with government statutory requirements
- Conduct audits of payroll records
- Familiarize yourself with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors
- Resolve payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information
You will report to the Senior Manager, Payroll, and be instrumental in delivering positive employee experiences. This role requires 3 years experience in AUS payroll, experience with payroll processing and wage attachment, knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll, and general ledger systems, demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, great interpersonal skills in working with a diverse population, proficient in English, both written and verbal, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
