Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with returns, upgrades, and purchases

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (old curriculum) / senior high school graduate
  • At least 6 months of travel experience (non-BPO) or completion of a Customer Contact Enhancement (CCE) program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet browsing
