Transformative Motion Design Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting captivating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that elevate brand storytelling and drive engagement across various platforms.

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will work closely with our video production team to develop visually stunning content that aligns with client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content
  • Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics
  • Add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
  • Enhance videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
