We're looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer to lead our team in developing cutting-edge AI solutions.

About the Role

This is a standalone position that requires autonomy, with minimal supervision, to drive projects end-to-end.

While prior experience in AI, machine learning, or computer vision is advantageous, it's not necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable backend architecture for secure systems.
  • Develop APIs and services for data processing, integrations, and real-time applications.
  • Manage deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with our R&D team to integrate backend solutions with various applications.
  • Work independently, taking ownership of technical decisions and solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience (senior-level).
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern backend languages: Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
    • Deep understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), APIs, and microservices.
    • Hands-on DevOps experience: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
    • Expert knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
    • Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
    Nice to Have
    • Background in AI, computer vision, or machine learning product development.
      • Experience with GPU-based deployments.
        • Familiarity with monitoring tools.
