Pioneer Your Insurance is looking for an Insurance Claims Professional to handle various tasks related to insurance claims. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating professionally with clients, external contacts, and colleagues to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Following data and document management standards and procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Escalating complex issues as needed to maintain established service level agreements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have a background in processing HMO generation and contact center operations.

You should also be willing to work flexible hours, including graveyard shifts and weekends, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented and highly organized with great focus.

This is a 12-month project-based position located in Makati City and Cebu City.
